Thoi is survived by her son Hung Thanh Tran; her son Son Thanh Tran; and her son Phong Thanh Tran.
A buddhist casketing service and prayer for Thoi will be held Friday, October 8, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A visitation will occur Friday, October 8, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Cypress View Mausoleum, Mortuary and Crematory, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113.
