A Veteran of the United States Marine Corp, serving during the Vietnam War.
Chick loved music, in his younger days he was a guitarist and a singer in a band and played at many of the schools in Staten Island. He was a retired Sheet Metal Installer. He loved going fishing, playing pool, watching football and he was a big NY Yankees fan. Chick was a loving and devoted brother, brother in law and uncle.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary E Marr, his father, Benjamin P Bertoldo and his brother, Patrick P Bertoldo.
He is survived by his sisters, Kathy Elsibay and her husband Magdy, Beth Koehler and her husband Michael and Dawn Bertoldo.
Also survived by his nieces, Melanie, Nawal, Dina and Amy. His nephews, Thomas and JoeBen along with many great nieces and nephews.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
The Family will have a Memorial Service at a later date.
