Tomas Mendoza Ocampo was born on June 30, 1935 at Fort Stotsenburg (now Clark Air Base) in Angeles, Pampanga, Philippines. He graduated High School at The University of Manila. He was a member of the Drama club and Captain of the Volleyball Team. Married Delfina Trinidad Punla and were blessed with 6 children – Israel, Benjamin, Arsenia, Eddie, Annabelle & Flordeliza. Migrated in the United States on July 25, 1983. An active member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ) for almost 70 years. He was a Deacon inside the Church since 1990 and retired in 2017 due to health conditions. Passed away peacefully at home on November 24, 2020.
