Phong Kiet Tran, age 73, of San Diego, California passed away on Monday March 18, 2019. Phong was born April 24, 1945.

Phong is survived by his wife, Nhung Ly; son Hugh Tran; son Loc Tran; daughter Kimberly Ng; son-in-law Kenneth Ng; and daughter Julie Tran; granddaughter Kenly Ng.

In lieu of flowers, offering in Phong's memory may be made to Nhu Lai Thien Tu Buddhist Temple or Phat Da Congregation.
