Some of his family’s fondest memories of their childhood was how much he loved the Power Rangers, playing basketball and skate boarding. One thing that stood out the most was how affectionate he was with his nieces and nephews as babies.
While at Hoover High he developed genuine friendships in and outside of school that continues today through his spirit. At Hoover his passion for fashion began by him making his own style and clothing. One of Lams favorite hobbies growing up was spending money on the latest shoes and hats. Then later finding his new obsession to his favorite name brand watches and high end belts. Lam continued his “swagg” through his daughter Jayla. He always had the newest releases of music, his favorite being hip-hop and rap. He expressed his love and passion for things through his tattoos.
Lam started working at the age of 17, he was fortunate in his line of work at UGG where he was able to work closely with fashionable shoes. While at his second job at J&T he experienced the dream of wanting to run his own small business. At both jobs he developed special and lasting friendship with his co-workers.
Lam’s most valuable time was spent with Jazmine, Jayla and dog Rozay, on renting movies, going on picnics, sharing his favorite beach locations and trying new places to eat.
Anyone who crossed paths with Lam knows he was a unique, genuine and humble soul. He was passionate and prideful in everything that mattered to him, his loyalty was unquestionable and he made you think about the bigger picture in life while at the same time bringing humor into it.
