As a member of Tweet n Eat, we shared many memories of outings and trips  over a 40+-yr friendship. Ginger was adventurous, curious, knowledgeable and game for what was next to come. She lead a great life and left a memorable legacy💐

I agree with Samantha! When I got back to Maui a Shama Thrush had taken up residence in my tree. Blessing  me with long songs, assuring me that Ginger is with the birds now. Ginger will leave a void in our family!  Fly far with your new wings Ginger!

I saw a bird this morning on my walk, and instantly burst into tears because I realized you are actually gone and I can’t call you tell you I saw a bird catcher this morning, or I hear the Amazon parrots overhead right now. But I also realized that you with the birds, and you are the birds now ❤️ each time I see one, I will smile and remember you - and all the memories we had together enjoying nature. I love you and smile thinking about the peace and comfort you must feel now 🕊️my heart goes out to the rest of the family who misses her dearly, and I love you all.
