Arthur A. Flores was born in California on August 25, 2012 to his parents Francisco Flores and his mother Dolores Aguirre both natives of Mexico. Arthur passed to a better life in California on September 23, 2012 at the age of 87 years old. Arthur will be placed to rest at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, California on Tuesday October 2, 2012 at 11:15 am.
