Efrain Vasquez was born on April 12, 1949 in El Salvador to his mother Guadalupe C.Ramirez and his father Jose Ruiz. Efrain passed to a batter life on November 12, 2012 at the age of 63 years old in the City of San Fernando, California. There will be a visitation at the mortuary chapel on Saturday November 17, 2012 from the hours of 9-11:30 am and a funeral service to begin at 11:30 am till 12:30 pm. A burial will take place following funeral service at Eternal Valley Memorial Park in New Hall, California at 1:00 pm where Efrain will be placed to rest. Efrain Vasquez will be greatly missed by all his family and friends that loved and cared for him very much.
