Sammy was born October 9, 1977 in Sun Valley, CA. He passed away on October 4, 2013 in a car accident in Houston Texas.
Sammy, worked for Columbia Showcase & Cabinet Co. in Houston for 4 years he was an Electrian and Driver, Sammy's home town was San Fernando, CA.
He is survived by he's Mother Olga Beltran, Brother Isaac Herreres, Son Andrew Cervantes, and he's Father Father Frank Cervantes
He will be sorely missed by all of us. "He had a beautiful Heart" with that beautiful smile and a laugh we will never forget.
