Tony was born in Montgomery County, Maryland and lived a full life. He loved animals and was an active volunteer with the Westie Rescue and Placement (WRAP) of Northern California.
Tony was predeceased by his parents , Edward and Sally Devol. He is survived by his beloved Westie, Phyllis, his sister, Amy Devol of Richmond, Virginia, his brother, Christopher Devol of Tucson, Arizona, nieces Megan Stimpson of Richmond, Virginia and Jessica Barber (Brett) of Fredericksburg, Virginia; great-nephew Aidan Carroll, and great nieces Ella Barber and Olivia Barber.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to WRAP, 1891 Main Street, Santa Clara, CA 95050.
