Benjamin Louie passed away peacefully at 90 years old on Sunday, June 23, 2013. Ben was born and raised in San Francisco. Soon after graduating from high school, Ben enlisted in the US Navy and served as a gunner's mate on a war ship in the South Pacific. He later worked as an electrical contractor in SF Chinatown. Beloved husband to Mary of 65 years; devoted father to Jenny, Randolph, Connie, Joanna and Gary; father-in-law to David Seto, Dick Fong, Robert Handelman and Eleanor; grandfather to Aja Hall, Oliver Hall, Kendrick Fong, Kevin Fong, Katherine Louie and Benjamin Louie; great grandfather to Jaeda Lynn Hall and Ryker Hall; loving brother to Beulah. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
