Of Willows, California was born in April of 1950. He went home to be with The LORD on January 21st 2024, with his wife at his side. He is survived by Laura L Day (Wife), Russell Kirby Jr (Step Father) George and Debbie Kirby (Brother and Sister-in-law), and Russell Kirby III (Brother). He was preceded in death by his Mother Jacqueline J. Kirby in 1990. Michael touched so many lives and was loved by so many. He is going to be greatly missed.
A memorial service for Charles was held Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Faith Bible Church, 403 Vine Street, Willows, CA.
