

A San Francisco native and World War II veteran, Frank was born on August 16, 1925, and passed away peacefully with his family by his side on April 20, 2012 at the age of 86. He was a UC Berkeley graduate in architecture, and worked for 27+ years for the civil and structural engineering firm Leong/Razzano & Associates. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend; and enjoyed golfing, practicing tai chi, bowling, traveling and cooking. He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Susan; children Greg (Valerie), Alison Law, and Alan (Debbie); grandchildren Elliot, Lance, Tamara, Lauren, Nikki, and Jennifer; siblings Henry, Helen Fong, and Nancy Louie; and a large extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jan and Jeung Shee, and siblings Howard, Kum Fon, Rose Lam, and Pansy Wong. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, May 5, at Halsted N. Gray-Carew & English, 1123 Sutter Street, San Francisco. Interment will be at Olivet Memorial Park in Colma.
