Harold was an engineer who applied common sense to his work, and didn't just look at the numbers and codes.  As a colleague for many years, I was impressed by his people skills in daily dealings with the public. Rest in peace.

Ron, it was so nice to see your dad at Kristen's wedding reception surrounded by family caring for him.  He was blessed to have had such a long and happy life with friends and family.  May happy memories lessen the sadness in your heart.  Please  send our condolences to the family.

I remember having lunch with May and Harold in China town where they knew almost everyone and were greeted with delight and respect. There was rarely a bill brought to the table as the lunch was comped or I was not allowed to treat.
Harold enjoyed my annual calls on Veteran's Day to thank him for his service for our great country and on Chinese New Year when we would declare " Gung Hay Fat Choy!" together. Harold will be remembered by many as a bright and humble man with a huge heart, a love of life and for all people
