I had not heard from Keith in a while, so I looked him up on facebook tonight and saw this. I’m heart broken. We worked together at best buy and became friends. He invited he to his party bus birthday. I was the only person from best buy among the rest of his friends. I felt honored to be there. Keith and I both have a passion for sales and we are both good at it.

Keith and I worked together at the Wildcat Recreation Center when we were both attending Chico. Putting in long hours trying to sell sponsorship opportunities for our annual events and our digital advertising, I got to know him well. What I appreciated about Keith was his work ethic, sense of humor, and passion for spending time with family/friends. I was always impressed that he was able to hold down two jobs, be active in a fraternity, spend time with friends/family, and go to school. He really motivated those around him to do more and was never afraid to lend a helping hand. 

Keith and I reconnected a few months ago when I saw the results he was having on his workout and nutrition program. He motivated me to sign up for this too and he'd check in on me every few weeks to see how I was doing / help me out if I had questions. Between our messages back/forth and pictures he posted about the joy he was having spending more time in nature, I was really happy for him.

To Keith's family - I'm terribly sorry for your loss. Gone far too early but his spirit lives on in all of us that knew him. Thinking of you all in this tough time. Cheers to Keith.

Keith and  I dated while I was in college,  feels like forever ago now.  The relationship did not end well, but years later, Keith reached out to make amends and I am so glad he did.  I'm glad we were able to touch  base here and there and I am  comforted in knowing he was well traveled, well loved, and  doing so well with his work.  After all, he has always been an excellent salesman  - even back when he worked at Circuit City!   

I loved Keith for his go-getter attitude, unwavering grit, and his ability to make me laugh regardless of the circumstances.  12 years later, it seems like a lot of people still see him the same way - a man who was passionate about making the most out of life.

Keith continued to push towards his goals, just to pass them and create new ones.  That's one thing I think his legacy is leaving behind on all of us -  hustle in silence, let the success be the noise <3 


I worked with Keith at Marketo and I was always so fond of him and wanting to watch his success. I remember our collaborations and chats on deals and sales in general and remember when he left for greener pastures at Salesforce.  I connected with him a few times afterwards and have always rooted for him. My heart hurts hearing this news and I will be praying for peace and that you may feel the love surrounding you during this extremely difficult time.

Your son was absolutely incredible, and I feel so grateful to have met him. We first crossed paths at Salesforce but soon found out we were neighbors in Russian Hills. From there Keith and I became friends and he was kind enough to  mentor me throughout my career. I am so thankful for his help and guidance.
