I fist met Marie in 1958 
For years my husband Leo camp worked for her
She was a very nice lady and although I haven’t seen her in years I will always remember her for many enjoyable company dinners

Marie was a wonderful lady and a dear sister in Christ! She was devoted to her family, friends and her church family. A generous, kind spirit and very wise.  One of her qualities I much admired was her measured manner of speaking and the aura of respect she had within herself and which she generously gave to others. I will miss her but am comforted as she is resting in her Lord's arms.

Marie Brooks was like a Mother to me. In the 10 years I worked for her when Marie could not get a hold of a family member Marie would call me. She would always say, " I known you are busy selling cars but I have a question to ask and can't get a hold of anyone to answer my question" and said "Can you come up to my office, please"? I would say "yes Ma'am" with a smile on my face. 
Marie had a sweet tooth second to none.  Marie would call me  two to three times a year and ask if I was available for lunch . I would say "I'm always available for lunch with you " (with a smile on my face) Marie would always drive. We would go to places that had the most wonderful  dessert buffets, Saint Frances Yacht Club was her favorite .
 I was Marie's go to Tech Guy, with the computers at work and XM radio  (Country Stations) at her home.
 I will miss, Mrs. Marie Brooks,  A Great Lady, A great Mother and A Great GrandMa. I'm so, so , so, sorry to the Whole Family. Rest In Peace and God Bless

Marie was our neighbor for over 30 years. She was a delightful woman, successful businesswoman and a kind neighbor who loved San Francisco and the Lakeside district where she lived for 57 years. Rest in Peace Marie. 

I didn’t know her real well. I met her at several events. I do know of her kindness to many other people. She will be missed

I’ve known Marie now for at least 6 yrs, mostly from karaoke at Val’s on Thursday nites.    Made her laugh a lot, and found her to be the nicest n most sincere woman.   She didn’t look her age, and it was always a pleasant experience being with her.   I’ll miss her a lot, that’s for damn sure .  Rest in peace my friend!!  Manny
