She was employed at the San Gabriel Country Club and the Poche Café in San Gabriel, and Ricky's Skyroom in Alhambra.

A funeral service for Frances will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 1901 S. San Gabriel Blvd., San Gabriel, CA 91776. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Resurrection Cemetery, 966 N. Potrero Grande Dr,, Rosemead, CA 91770.
