Rosalie “Rose” Felix was born to Jesus Reyes and Frances Aguilar on March 8, 1946, sibling to George Reyes. She graduated from Loretto H.S. with her Golden Girls crew and eventually retired from Alhambra USD. Rose married Jose “Joe” Felix on October 10, 1964 and had three children; Joey, Sam and Maryann. Nana raised her kids with strong work ethics, morals, responsibilities and respect. She always welcomed you into her home with love and compassion; just follow the house rules. Nana had five grandchildren; Nigel, Amber, Joseph, Ivan and Vincent. She had seven great grandchildren and blessed to be aware of two more on the way. She was a Wife, Mother, Nana, Sister, Cousin, Nina, Friend, Role Model and now an Angel. She enjoyed laughter, good times, great music, dancing, cooking and having drinks (Corona with salt & lime or a White wine) with her family and friends. You could count on her for a hug, shoulder to cry on or an ear to listen and you would get her honest opinion whether you liked it or not. She was unique with a beautiful soul and will be missed dearly.
