Thomas Jerry Polizzi

Our beloved Thomas (Tom) Jerry Polizzi, aged 78, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024. Tom is survived by his loving wife, Jeanette, as well as his many in-laws, nieces, and nephews. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Marie Grace, and brothers Anthony, Sam, and Eugene. Tom was born on April 10, 1945, in Glendale, CA, and lived his life mostly in Los Angeles and Moreno Valley, CA.

Tom was a lover of the outdoors and in his early days was passionate about diving, fishing, and hiking. His love for nature was evident in his final wish to visit the mountains that he cherished, only second to his love for his partner in life of 50 years, Jeanette.

A man of integrity, Tom was someone who always kept his word. He was selfless in his giving without expecting anything in return. He helped numerous people accomplish their aspirations and goals and was always ready to assist whenever there was a need.

His passing is a reminder of how fleeting and precious life is. He has brought together our family during this difficult time. Tom is loved by many and his absence will be felt beyond measure. Despite the sorrow, we can take solace in the fact that he lived a good life and was at peace before his passing.

A viewing for Tom will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Pierce Brothers Turner & Stevens Mortuary, located at 1136 East Las Tunas Drive, San Gabriel, CA 91776. Following the visitation, funeral services will be held from noon to 1:00 PM, which will be followed by a graveside service from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, located at 966 Potrero Grande Dr, Rosemead, CA 91770. Following the burial, a family gathering will take place at the home of Robert Barajas (directions will be provided.)
