Born on April 11, 1946, in Manila, Philippines, to Roger and Pilar (Moreno) Nite, Vivien was the eldest of nine children and the beloved matriarch of a family whose love and legacy now span generations. Her greatest joy was the family she helped build, expressed through her constant reminders that togetherness was the most important value of all.
Her faith, strength, and unwavering love will continue to live on through each of the lives she touched and the generations of family who were blessed to know her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Pilar (Moreno) Nite. She leaves behind a lasting legacy through her beloved husband of 53 years, Armando De la Cruz; her daughter, Melissa Taylor, and son-in-law, Jarrod Taylor; her son, Edward De la Cruz; and her cherished grandchildren, Kennedy, Mackenzie, and Campbell
Her legacy also continues through her siblings, Yvonne (Jun), Susan (John), Jennifer (Bert), Roger (Cecille), Joseph, Joanne (Glenn), Robert, and Ricky. She was deeply loved by her nieces and nephews, TR, JJ, Michelle (Fraser), Tiffany, DJ (Sandra), Diana, Chris, KC (Tyler), Michael (Carolina), Catherine (Luis), and LA (Joey), as well as her treasured grandnieces and grandnephews, Isla, Connor, Dylan, Cameron, Sophie, and Silas.
Vivien's memory will forever be carried in the hearts of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
