Adonijah Zion Cuenca, age 19, passed away on May 24, 2026. He was born on February 23, 2007, at O’Connor Hospital in Santa Clara, California, and was a lifelong resident of Sunnyvale, California.
Adonijah was a current student at Mission College and was working at Safeway and Great America. He was known for his dedication, hard work, and the quiet strength he brought to everything he did.
Adonijah is lovingly remembered by his father, Derek Cuenca, and his mother, Mercy Cuenca. He is also survived by his three sisters and five brothers, as well as five nephews and one niece, to whom he was a caring and devoted uncle.
Though his life was far too short, Adonijah’s presence, love, and memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
