Born on July 28, 1940 in the Philippines, Alberto came to the U.S. in the '70s to build a new life. He eventually settled in Sunnyvale, California, where he raised his family and spent many years.
Known to many as “Uncle Bert,” and sometimes “Mick Jagger”, Alberto was remembered for his relaxed, easygoing spirit and sense of humor. He had a way of making people feel comfortable and welcome, and his presence brought warmth and laughter to family gatherings.
He is survived by his wife, two children, and his beloved grandson.
