Angelina “Angie” Sunzeri (nee DiMercurio) passed away on January 16, 2021 at the age of 89. She was raised in San Francisco where she met and married her husband of 70 years, Jack Sunzeri. They soon moved to San Jose where they raised their family and resided for over 60 years. Angie was active in many clubs and activities including the Trabia club enjoying fellowship with other descendants of Trabia, Italy. Her greatest love in life was her family. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was passionate about sharing her Italian heritage through cooking and baking, spending countless hours perfecting her Cuccidati cookies. Angie was predeceased by her older sisters, Kay, Tony, and Mary and her brother, Vince. She leaves a legacy of love and generosity to her children Jacqueline (Timothy), Kenneth (Maryjean) and Rozanne (Robert), as well as her 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
