On Wednesday, February 2, 2022 Angie M. Dellos, age 99, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Angie was born in Mt. Pocono, PA, on April 30, 1922. She was raised in Endicott, NY where she lived for 43 years. She married John Dellos in 1944. Together, they enjoyed big band music, dancing, and traveling. They had three children and Angie became the ultimate homemaker, a great cook, active in Saint Anthony parish, PTA, and the Registrar of Voters. After 21 years, the family moved to Poughkeepsie, NY where she enjoyed working in retail and made many lasting friends. The last move in 1978 was to San Jose, CA where she lived her remaining 44 years. Family was always most important to her. She loved being near her grandchildren and enjoyed seeing their activities and attending their sporting events. She made delicious meals and the best cookies and desserts, always shared with love. To all who knew her, she was a good natured, gentle woman who enjoyed life quietly, at her own pace, and without too much fuss. We were so fortunate to enjoy her for so long. We will miss her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dominick and Mariette, her beloved husband of 72 years, John Dellos, her five sisters, Anna Roma, Minnie DiFulvio, Catherine English, Lillian Pisani, and her brother, Sam Greco. She is survived by her sister, Julia Greco, of Endicott NY, her loving children, John M. (Gail) Dellos, Diane M. (Steve) Randesi, and David M. (Barbara) Dellos, all of California. She is also survived by her devoted seven grandchildren, John (Brittany) Dellos, Katy (Ryan) Creighton, Karen (Eric) Gordon, Jeff (Shelly) Randesi, Joseph (Crystle) Randesi, and Dovonne (Carson) Kilde, all from California, and Davin John (Alecia) from Florida…also her precious 16 great-grandchildren, ages newborn to 16 years old. In addition, many nieces and nephews knew her well and will miss her kind spirit.
