Arturo was born in Quezon City, Manila Philippines on October 28, 1951. He graduated from Novaliches High school and continued on to receive a Bachelor of science in customs administration from Philippine Maritime Institute.
He enjoyed fishing, wood working, singing and playing the guitar.
Arturo is survived by his 3 children Johnville, Jensen, and Kristine. And 7 grandkids Madilyne, Julleah, Andre, Ava, Khloe, Jazzelyne, and Kevin.
Funeral service will be held at Oak Hill funeral home in San Jose.
