My deepest condolences to Roman and Belinda's family. Belinda was such a wonderful, beautiful and kind soul. She did so much in her personal and professional life to help others.  Working with her for a few years, Belinda stood out as a role model for new hires and was quite the stand up lady. I learned a lot from her and will always remember her kindness, sense of humor and easy going personality.

Our deepest condolences to Belinda's husband and family. Charismatic Congresos' will never be the same without her. We pray for strength to be delivered to the family from our Heavenly Father in heaven. May she rest in peace.

Belinda radiated positivity in a career that is often very difficult. Her calm, cool and collected dispatch style (often imitated) will surely be used for many years to come in training at county comm. And her faith & love for the Lord was unshakeable. Condolences to  her family.

Belinda had a strong moral compass which was refreshing to find in a professional environment where some would say the ends justify the means. She didn't take short cuts. She remained true to herself and her faith, and did so much good for so many people without asking for anything in return. What grace. You'll be missed Belinda, 212.

Belinda was the sweetest, hard-working 9-1-1 dispatcher.  Nothing undid her smile or willingness to help others.  She was a joy to work with, and respected for her work ethic and kindness to others.  My deepest condolences to Roman and your families for this loss.

Belinda was a kind and loving woman and definite handmaiden of the Lord.  She was one of the best dispatchers I knew.  I often would plug in behind her and just watch her dispatch trying to get "pointers."  She was a contributor and will be surely missed in many, many lives she touched. My deepest condolences to her family and friends in this time of sorrow.

Sorry to hear of your loss. Belinda was such a dedicated servant, serving the Lord with gladness. I worked with her for many years and was amazed that after working her shift she would gladly head off to teach at church, preach and hold choir practice, sometimes all in the same evening. Thank you Roman for loving her so much. You were a special gift given to Belinda.

I worked with Belinda at Santa Clara County Communications.  She was a wonderful, happy person inside and out.  You could always count on her smile and great attitude to be present.  Blessings to her family during this difficult time.
