Charles Bruce Faltesek

In loving memory of Charles “Bruce” Faltesek, loving husband of Donita Faltesek, father of Charles and Christopher Faltesek, grandchildren Jeremiah, Riley, Zachary, Matthew, Kaleigh, Joshua Tyler and Megan, sisters Lola and Jenice, son of Vinice and Bernice Faltesek.

Bruce served in the United States Army from 1968-1970, his wartime service was in Viet Nam. Upon separating from the military, he spent many years as a machinist by trade. Bruce was a member of The American Legion Mission City Post 564 for 42 years, a long-time member of the 40/8 LA SOCIETE DES QUARENTE HOMMES ET HUIT CHEVAUX VOITURE 395.

Most members and guests knew Bruce as a bartender and building manager assistant. He had a flare for telling you how it was, whether you liked it or not.

A resident of Santa Clara for more than 45 years, originally from Texas.

His devoted wife of 14 years is the past President of both Mission City Unit 564 and District 13 of The American Legion Auxiliary.

A memorial to be planned at a later date and time at Mission City Post 564 which will be announced when it is possible due to current times.
