Thinking  of you everyday.   I wish more then anything  we could be together  tomorrow.   I’ve never missed any one  or thing  more.  Life wasn't  supposed to turn out like this sugar.

I guess I should just say birthday because it’s not a happy one.

I only met Chris 10 years ago but, not having him play a role in my life seems unthinkable. Whether it was the Monday poker nights he hosted for so many years or a round of golf, game of pool or just grabbing a bite, Bowsy's infectious personality, so energized and optimistic, was larger than life. I'm so grateful our paths crossed and I was given the chance to know him, to be his friend. That unique style and quick wit could only be pulled off by Chris and play a huge part in my favorite memories. He'll take that style and humor on this next journey and, I know, be just as loved as he is with all of us. You know he'd tell us to "suck it up" and keep moving forward and enjoying every new day. Eventually, I'm sure we will but, right now, I can only feel an emptiness and sadness like I've never felt before. Rest in peace Bowsy. Your memory is eternal.


Chris,  you had an incredible work ethic that was admirable.  Your smile was  infectious and your Spirit was contagious.  We are all feeling the loss of your physical presence but your Spirit remains with each and everyone of us that you touched...I love you my “brother from a different mother.”  We will see you again, on the other side of those “Pearl Gates.”



In the very short amount of time that I know you, you bring nothing but cheerfulness and brighten everyone's days.  I continued hearing great stories from friends at work about you.  I'm sorry that you left us too soon but hope that you are resting in peace.

Chris, I’ve typed at least a thousand words but still can’t find the right words to express how much we miss you right now.   It seemed you had an endless supply of unconditional caring for others,  you consistently exercised punctuality & expected others to follow,  you could breakdance at a drop of a good beat.......
All these qualities will be missed BUT not forgotten....

Wow! I was literally thinking about Chris Bousman the other day. This guy comes up over and over in my positive childhood memories. Whether it was playing 2-hand touch football on our block or riding bmx bikes, all of us Parkview kids had a real good time in the 70s and 80s.  I'm so sorry to hear this news and send my deepest condolences to the Bousman family. 

Chris you are the love of my life. If I’m ever loved again even half as much I’ll be lucky. You are the most honerable loving man I could have ever asked for.  Thank you for being the best boyfriend for the last 10 yrs. I never would have left your side had I known your life was short. Please forgive me.  I couldn’t be more sorry. I wish you would have taken me with you. I don’t want to be here without you.

I have yet to come across someone who loved life as much as “bousy” did.  He will be missed and never forgotten. Rest easy my friend, as you always told me, “I  appreciate you”.  My deepest condolences to the Bousman family. 

I am devastated by the news of my good friend Chris. My love and prayers are with the Bousman family and his many friends. Chris always lifted my spirits with his great sense of humor and charismatic personality. Words can not express the sadness I feel right now.
