He leaves behind his sons Daryl (daughter-in law, Cindy) and Travis, and mother, Teruko (deceased father, Shigeru). He is also survived by his sister, Leslie Blum; brother, Scott; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. “Coach Craig” was devoted to youth hockey and was instrumental in the development of many programs and players as we know them today. He is well respected within the hockey community. His outgoing spirit and humor will be missed by all who knew him.
A private memorial service was held.
