David leaves behind his beloved wife, Dolly Urista, his children Ben Urista (Faye), and Julie Sanchez (Manny). His Grandchildren, Andrew, Isaac, David, Marcus, and Manuel, and Veronica, all of whom will continue to have their Grandfather's memories live on. David also leaves, his great grandchildren to uphold his memories, Damien, Magglio, Maya, Marisol, Robbie, Leo, Issac Jr., and Iliana.

A funeral service will occur Wednesday, May 3, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. A committal service will occur Wednesday, May 3, 2023 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125.
