

Clarence was born on September 28, 1998, in South Cotabato, Philippines. In 2013, he immigrated to the United States, where he built a life filled with dedication , perseverance, and love for those around him. He graduated high school in 2017 and later answered the call to serve by enlisting in the United States Army in February 2024.
Clarence completed one Station Unit Training at Fort Benning, Georgia, and was later stationed at Fort Irwin, California, where he served as an Infantryman with Bravo Troop, 1st Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment. During his time in service, he was known by his fellow soldiers as dependable, hardworking, and always willing to help others.
Beyond his service, Clarence was known for his warm heart and infectious smile. He loved spending time outdoors and found great joy in camping and sharing adventures with his wife and family. He had a deep passion for cars, especially his Subaru BRZ, and enjoyed working on it and modifying it to make it uniquely his own. More recently, he had been putting time and care into working on his truck for overlanding, looking forward to the adventures and journey it would bring. Those who knew Clarence will remember his kindness and positive spirit.
Clarence’s dedication and commitment were recognized with several military honors, including the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Achievement medal, the Army Recruiting Ribbon, and the Expert Marksmanship Qualification Badge with Rifle Bar.
He is survived by his loving wife, Marianne Terosa; his parents, Leonard Terosa and Criselda Palate; his siblings, Earl Edward, Leonard Jr., and Chantal Priya; and many extended family members, friends, and fellow soldiers who will forever cherish his memory.
Clarence will be remembered for his courage, his love for family, and the joy he brought to everyone around him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
