Four months shy of the century mark, Eileen Mullin Fulton (MD) passed away. She was the wife of the late James A. Fulton; daughter of the late Jennie and Alfred Mullin and sister of the late Irvin Smith. Eileen retired from the Kaiser Permanente Health Group as a physician and surgeon after being licensed in 1949. Eileen will be remembered for her devotion to the ones she loved.
A Funeral Mass will be held On July 5th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 2278 Booksin Ave., San Jose, CA. Interment to follow at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery, 490 Lincoln St., Santa Clara, CA.
