Emilia is survived by her daughter Lita Maglalang; her daughter Cely Yap; her son John Garcia, Sr.; her daughter-in-law Myrna Garcia; her son Rex Garcia; her daughter-in-law Debbie Garcia; her son Mel Garcia; her daughter Evelyn Torres; her son-in-law Fred Torres; and her son Lito Garcia.

Emilia was preceded in death by her husband Andronico J. Garcia; her son-in-law Raymond Maglalang and her son-in-law Rudy Yap.

A visitation for Emilia will be held Sunday, January 15, 2023 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Lima Family Erickson Chapel, 710 Willow Street, San Jose. Rosary at 6 p.m. Final Viewing at 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, January 16, 2023 at Lima Family Erickson. Funeral mass to follow at 12:30 p.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 5111 San Felipe Road, San Jose, CA 95135. Burial to follow at 2:30 p.m. at Oak Hill Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose.
