Felipe De Jesus Reyes Ontiveros was born in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. Parents Dámaso Reyes and Matiana (Ontiveros) Reyes.

He was a soldier for the Mexican Army and then became a Soldier for the United States Army. He worked in transportation and was a disc jockey prior retirement and is survived by his children and grandchildren and preceded in death by his sister Clementina (Reyes) Moreno and brother Marcos Reyes.
