Born on April 25, 1947, Fidel lived a life defined by hard work, loyalty, and love for his family. For more than 48 years, he worked as a heavy machine operator for Lehigh Hanson, where he earned the respect of coworkers and friends through his strong work ethic, dependability, and humble spirit.
Above all else, Fidel was a loving family man. He shared a beautiful life with his beloved wife, Esperanza and a proud father to his seven children: Vanessa, Adrian, Noel, Angelica, Abraham, Melissa, and Alex. His greatest joy came from spending time with his family, whether taking loved ones on vacations, enjoying nature, or sharing laughter together at family gatherings.
Fidel was also a proud grandfather to James, Sariah, Heaven, Angelo, and Elicio, and a great-grandfather to Mateo.
He carried a deep love for his home country of Mexico and was a passionate supporter of the Guadalajara Chivas. Fidel was known for his wonderful sense of humor and caring soul.
One of the memories his family and friends will forever treasure is hearing Fidel sing joyfully alongside mariachis at parties, especially his favorite song, El Rey. His voice, laughter, and presence brought life and happiness to every celebration.
Though he will be deeply missed, his legacy of strength, humor, and kindness will continue to live on through all who were blessed to know him.
