Frank Filippone

Frank was born on May 12, 1939 in San Nicola L'arena, Sicily, Italy to Francesco and Giuseppa Filippone. Frank immigrated to San Jose, California in 1960 with his family and later met and married Carmelina Gallo in 1965 in San Mateo, California. Beloved husband, Frank was survived by his wife Carmelina Filippone; three children and their spouses, Francesca and Gary Kennealy, Linda and Salvatore Rotolo and Roberto and Erris Filippone; his seven grandchildren, Angelo, Ashlyn, Emma, Robbie, Harley, Caterina and Joseph. Loving brother to Antonina (Raymondo) Ferrugia, the late Maria (Giuseppe) Balistreri, Vincenza (Antonino) Sacci and Michele (Mike) (Susanna) Filippone, and several nieces and nephews.

Rosary will be Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 7:00pm at Lima Family Erickson Memorial: 710 Willow Street, San Jose, California 95125.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 11:00 am at Holy Cross Church: 580 Jackson Street, San Jose, California 95112 with Father Livio Stella of Holy Cross Church Church officiating. Burial will follow at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery: 490 Lincoln Street, Santa Clara, CA 95050
