We’re neighbors from down the street. It took some research to learn of Frank’s passing. He has got to be the friendliest person. He spoke to my parents whenever he can even though their english is broken at best. 
No matter where we went, if we saw him, we would have to stop to at least say “hi”.
A presence like him would forever be missed.
