The beautiful, beloved Helen Holguin entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, March 25th, 2026. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her devoted family, after a life characterized by unwavering faith, grace, and generosity. Her entrance into eternal life was a peaceful conclusion to a life well-lived, marked by countless acts of kindness and a deep, abiding love for her family and friends.
Born November 9, 1942, in Garfield, New Mexico, to Ricardo and Elena Garica, Helen moved to California after high school and following her marriage to Clemente Holguin. Together, they built a beautiful life and raised three children: Richard (Rick), Thomas (Tom), and Michele (Missy). Helen and Clemente found great joy in exploring the world together. She was a devoted mother, proud grandmother to 12, and a loving great-grandmother to 7, cherishing every moment with her growing family. She will be remembered as one of the kindest women, whose warmth and compassion touched everyone she met. Her loving presence, radiant smile, and signature wink will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, April 27, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Roses at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
