A visitation will be held in the Chapel of Oaks on December 4, 2025, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, located at 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125.
The funeral service will follow on the same day, December 4, 2025, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the same location.

Celebration of Life will be held at San Jose Scottish Rites Center 2455 Masonic Dr, San Jose, CA 95125 from 1:30pm - 4:30pm
