Jason A. Cruz Resident of San Jose, California born November 7, 1993 entered into rest June 27th in San Jose, CA. Beloved son of Daniel and Stephanie Cruz. Devoted grandson of Carlos and the late Socorro Cruz, the late John and Delfine Forrest. Cherished nephew and loving cousin. Admired, respected and loved by countless friends. All are invited to attend evening service 5PM Sunday July 5, 2015 and funeral service 11AM Monday July 6th, 2015. Both services to be held at Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel, 710 Willow St, San Jose, CA. Interment to follow at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery, 490 Lincoln St., Santa Clara, CA.
