No es facil escribir.  Todavia se nos hace muy dificil la idea de que ya no estas querido amigo Javier.  Natas y nuestra familia te vamos a recordar siempre, gracias por siempre tener un buen consejo y palabras alentadoras para nuestra familia y por siempre ser un gran amigo para Natas.  Le pedimos a Dios que proteja a tu hermosa familia.

Javier was a very good person to everyone. I am grateful that I met a wonderful friend. All my prayers go to him and his family.

Rest in peace Javier. You will be missed here in the physical world but never forgotten. You will always be in our heart.

Javier was a great leader , role model and a very hard worker. I was privileged to have worked with Javier and will never forget his dedication and his wonderful personality.  My condolences and prayers go out to the Ibarra family

Javier was a proud family man who loved his kids very much, I got to meet him both inside work and out and I want to say that for those month months I got to meet a great friend and co- worker. I will never forget the laughs we had amigo. Our soccer team looked up to you as another coach in our team they will truly miss you and they are great full for what you thought them. I pray for your family to find the strength and will to move on as I know you would love them to do and with you up in heaven I know they will for now not only do they have a father but an angel as well to watch over them may God bless you and your family amigo....
