Judith Ann Perez

Judy was widowed in 2014 by her second husband Joe Remke (AKA Grandpa Joe). She is survived by her brother James Zeiss, sister Jill Banks, her first husband Mike Perez, daughter DeeLynn Perez and grandchildren Michael Perez-Kady and Bailey Perez-Kady. She also had several nieces and nephews.

Judy was born on October 19, 1946 in Washington State. She grew up in Sunnyvale, CA and attended Sunnyvale High School, where she was an active cheerleader. She frequently attended The Class of 1964 reunions, staying in contact with her classmates.

Judy started her career at the Santa Clara Folding Carton plant in 1980 and then transferred to The Mill (Graphic Packaging) in 1986. She served both facilities in the HR department for 38 years.

She took classes at the Santa Clara Senior Center and liked attending plays and art and wine festivals, she also enjoyed gardening.

A memorial service will be held on Friday April 18th at 12pm: Oak Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park: 300 Curtner Ave. San Jose, CA. The service will be held in The Chapel of the Roses (first one on your right). Her Celebration of Life will immediately follow at Delta Hotels by Marriot: 2151 Laurelwood Rd. Santa Clara, CA. Please dress casually, as that is what Judy would have wanted.
