Judy Lee Jones

July Lee Jones (Brakebill; Lasher), 77, of Salinas, passed away on April 4, 2025. Her funeral services will be held at Oak Hill Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose, on May 18 at 1:00 pm. Burial and reception will follow.

Judy will remembered for her deep, unconditional love for her children and grandchildren, selfless generosity, infectious laughter, spontaneity, and ability to show up from anyone in her life who was in need.

She was an incredible treasure of a Mom, a respected and renowned teacher, counselor, and mentor, a magically tuned-in Nana, a dedicated wife, and an engaged and supportive friend, sister, cousin and aunt.

Judy brought spark to every aspect of her life, whether it be body surfing waves with her kids on her back when they were young, teaching her students through lively and creative projects, going on spectacular adventures all over the globe, and maintaining relationships with countless friends and family through consistent cards, encouraging notes, phone calls, and lunch dates.

Her passing is a tremendous loss to all who knew and loved her. She will be missed beyond words.
