
When WW II broke out, her family was shipped out and interned at Poston, Arizona.
A longtime resident of San Martin, Kaz & her husband Min farmed row crops and later cut flowers before retiring. Kaz was a very outgoing, fun person who loved her hats, vests & scarves. She loved playing golf, doing tai chi, going on senior trips, crafts and traveling with her husband Min.
She is survived by her son Alan (Joy) Miyamura, daughter Lorraine (Jim) Kirkland, granddaughter Sarah (Scott) Howell, grandson Kyle (Jessica) Miyamura, great granddaughters Zoey Howell, Chloe & Kenna Miyamura, sister Sue Dibble, brothers Mits (Liz) Sato and Dick (Yoko) Sato and nieces & nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Min Miyamura, sons Wayne Miyamura, Dean Miyamura, brother George Sato, sisters Chiyeko Harada, Nora Kinoshita and her parents.
Per Kaz’s request there will be no funeral service, she will be laid to rest at Mount Hope Cemetery in Morgan Hill.
