Lidia Escorcio Farinha

Lidia is survived by her devoted husband Jose Alberto Farinha. She was a loving mother to Alberto Farinha and wife Rosa and Paul Farinha and wife Iara; a proud grandmother to Daniel Farinha (Alyssa), Alex Farinha, Joshua Farinha (Marina), Paula Farinha (Michael Schurr) and Diego Farinha. Lidia adored her great granddaughters, Amelia and Adriana Farinha. She will be fondly remembered by siblings Antonio Escorcio and Manuel Luis Escorcio.

Lidia was preceded in death by her daughter Lidia Maria "Nina" Farinha who passed too soon, her brother Jose Manuel Escorcio and parents Antonio Escorcio and Maria (Pestana) Escorcio.

Friends and Family are invited to a visitation for Lidia at 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel, 710 Willow Street, San Jose, on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, with a Rosary at 6:00 PM. On Thursday, January 8, 2026 a Funeral Mass will occur at 12:00 PM at Five Wounds Portuguese National Church, 1375 East Santa Clara Street, San Jose. Burial to follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose at 1:30 pm.
