Lucilda age 87, entered eternal life on May 22, 2014 in San Jose, CA. She was born on June 30, 1926 in Sinaloa Mexico. Married for 59 years to her predeceased husband Rosendo A. Avila who passed away Oct. 16, 2005. She was an amazing wife, loving mother, and a beautiful caregiver to all of us. Her spirit is carried on by 4 children: Javier, George (Raquel), Rosie (Arlindo) Ataide, Richard (Lucy); grandchildren: Gina, Javier, George Jr., Angelica, Lucy, Sabrina, Arlindo Jr., Carlos, Armando, Ricardo, Priscilla, Teresa, Ashlie, Nathan and Jonathan; great-grandchildren: Joshua, Julissa, Laila, Jenna, Jayden, Alyissa, Marissa, Aliyah, Abigail, Nazario, Maddison, Ava, Hailey, Sophia, Nicholas, Mia, and Jake; great-great grandchild, Lexin.Visitation Tues. May 27th 5pm, Rosary 7pm at Willow Glen Funeral Home. Funeral Mass Wed. May 28th 10am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 2020 E San Antonio St. San Jose, Ca 95116.
