Our Mother, Lucille Calkins entered into rest on May 1, 2025. She was 91 years old. She was born in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and moved to Santa Clara, California when she was a teenager. Mom graduated from Santa Clara High. On November 28, 1953, she married Richard Calkins, the love of her life. Mom retired from JC Penney’s after 21 years. She enjoyed baking, gardening and sewing.
