Marcos graduated from National University in the Philippines with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He married his loving wife, Carolina in 1958, and were blessed with 7 children. In 1978, he was petitioned by his father to come to the United States from the Philippines. His family followed him a year later in 1979.
Marcos was a proud Civil Engineer and continued his career in the United States at Caltrans, where he retired at the age of 71. He was a well-respected engineer and a strong-willed family man. He was loving and generous, and will be greatly missed. The value of a wonderful husband cannot be measured, and he will forever live in the memories of his loved ones. Marcos is survived by his wife, 6 children, 12 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
