Maria Lorena Gayoso

María Lorena Gayoso, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, peacefully departed this world on July 16, 2026, surrounded by her cherished family. Born on September 23, 1959, in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, her life was a radiant testament to love, resilience, and the enduring power of hope.

She was the daughter of the late Alberto Guillermo Gayoso Suárez and María Guadalupe Robles Santiago and grew up in a family filled with warmth and love. She was preceded in death by her father and her beloved sister, María del Pilar Gayoso Robles, whose memory she held close to her heart.

She is lovingly survived by her husband, E. Daniel Molina; her son, Arturo A. Gomez Gayoso; her daughter, Silvia Lorena Gomez Gayoso; her son-in-law, Rameen Fattahi; her siblings, Alberto, Verónica, Diana, and María; and her treasured grandchildren, Daniel Lion Fattahi and Darius Alejandro Fattahi, who brought immeasurable joy and pride to her life.

Her warmth, generosity, and gentle spirit touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She had a remarkable gift for making others feel welcome and valued, forming meaningful friendships and leaving a lasting impression wherever she went.

She found joy in both life's simple pleasures and its greatest adventures. She loved crafting, jewelry making, decorating, cheering on the San Jose Sharks, attending concerts, camping, boating, and the occasional shopping trip. Above all, she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother whose greatest joy was caring for and spending time with her family. Those moments together became the memories she cherished most and the legacy of love she leaves behind.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel, 710 Willow Street, San Jose, CA 95125. Those who wish to participate are invited to join in praying the Rosary at 10:30 a.m., followed by the memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Together, we will honor her remarkable life, share memories, and find comfort in the love and kindness she so freely gave to others.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in her memory, reflecting her generous spirit and compassionate heart.

Though her earthly journey has come to an end, her love, strength, and light will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

María Lorena Gayoso, querida esposa, madre, abuela, hermana y amiga, partió en paz al encuentro del Señor el 16 de julio de 2026, rodeada del amor de su familia. Nació el 23 de septiembre de 1959 en Monterrey, Nuevo León. Su vida fue un hermoso testimonio de amor, fortaleza y esperanza.

Fue hija del señor Alberto Guillermo Gayoso Suárez y de la señora María Guadalupe Robles Santiago. Creció en un hogar lleno de cariño y valores. Le precedieron en su partida su padre y su querida hermana, María del Pilar Gayoso Robles, cuyo recuerdo llevó siempre en su corazón.

Le sobreviven su esposo, E. Daniel Molina; su hijo, Arturo A. Gómez Gayoso; su hija, Silvia Lorena Gómez Gayoso; su yerno, Rameen Fattahi; y sus hermanos, Alberto, Verónica, Diana y María; y sus adorados nietos, Daniel Lion Fattahi y Darius Alejandro Fattahi, quienes fueron una inmensa fuente de alegría y orgullo para ella.

Su calidez, generosidad y nobleza dejaron una huella imborrable en todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerla. Tenía un don especial para hacer sentir bienvenidos y apreciados a quienes la rodeaban, cultivando amistades sinceras y dejando un recuerdo entrañable en cada persona que conoció.

Disfrutaba tanto de los pequeños placeres de la vida como de las grandes aventuras. Le encantaban las manualidades, elaborar joyería, decorar, asistir a los partidos de los San Jose Sharks, ir a conciertos, acampar, pasear en lancha y disfrutar de una tarde de compras. Pero, por encima de todo, fue una esposa, madre y abuela entregada, cuya mayor felicidad era cuidar de su familia y compartir tiempo con quienes más amaba. Esos momentos se convirtieron en los recuerdos que más atesoró y en el legado de amor que hoy deja a quienes tuvieron la dicha de conocerla.

Familiares y amigos están cordialmente invitados a acompañarnos para celebrar su vida el sábado 1 de agosto de 2026, en Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel, ubicada en 710 Willow Street, San José, California 95125. Quienes deseen acompañarnos podrán participar en el Santo Rosario a las 10:30 a.m., seguido del servicio conmemorativo a las 11:00 a.m. Será una oportunidad para honrar su memoria, compartir recuerdos y encontrar consuelo en el amor y la bondad que sembró en tantas vidas.
