Maria is survived by her son Jose M. Atienza; her daughter Evangelina A. Amboy; her daughter Anastacia A. Dizon; her daughter Elsa A. Angeles; her son Solomon M. Atienza; her daughter Madrona A. Geisert; her son Samson M. Atienza; her daughter Fe A. Revita; her daughter Edna A. Ilagan; and her son David M. Atienza, Jr.
Maria was preceded in death by her daughter Candelaria M. Atienza; her husband David H. Atienza; her father Faustino Mercado, and her mother Isabel Limbo Mercado.
Maria leaves 29 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren to mourn her loss.
